The Hunts 4ASD Kids
Story
I am helping out some good friends of mine, Mat and Chloe Rogers, to raise money for their charity 4ASD Kids. The charity helps out families and children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders
Mat and Chloe's child Max was diagnosed with Autism in 2009. After going through a difficult time battling with the disorder, with help of professionals they have now been able help Max to overcome the disorder and have helped him to lead a normal life. However, the help required does not come cheap and many families in a similar position are not as fortune to have financial and professional assistance required to help their own child. This becomes very stressful for both the family and their child.
Mat and Chloe's dream is to be able to change the lives of families with children battling with an Autism Spectrum Disorder by assisting them to access the early intervention treatment that they believe is critical to giving these kids the best chance at leading a normal life and reaching their full potential.
Activity
4 ASD Kids Charitable Trust
In 2009 we went public about our son Max’s battle with autism. It’s something that we considered very deeply but felt by telling our story we may be able to assist families with similar challenges. After the initial publicity we were so overwhelmed by the messages of support and assistance that we formed our charity, 4 ASD Kids. Our dream is to be able to change the lives of families with children battling with an Autism Spectrum Disorder by assisting them to access the early intervention treatment that we believe is critical to giving these kids the best chance at leading a normal life and reaching their full potential.
